Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Prime-Time Picks, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and the rules of the football pick'em competition.
Entertainment Only
Prime-Time Picks is intended for entertainment, friendly competition, and bragging rights. The website does not accept wagers, deposits, or real-money bets and is not a sportsbook or gambling service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You should provide accurate account information and should not share access to your account with others.
Picks and Deadlines
Picks must follow the current Prime-Time Picks league rules. Picks may be changed or replaced until the scheduled start time of the applicable game. Once that scheduled start time arrives, the pick becomes locked.
Scoring and Results
Picks are graded using the applicable saved opening spread or total and the final game result. Picks may be graded as a win, loss, or push. Postponed or canceled games may be treated as a push or void in accordance with the League Rules.
Game and Odds Data
Football schedules, scores, betting lines, game status, and other sports information may be provided by third-party data sources. Prime-Time Picks cannot guarantee that third-party information will always be available, complete, or free from errors or delays.
Fair Play
Users may not intentionally manipulate the website, exploit technical errors, interfere with another player's account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to private picks, accounts, or administrative features.
Availability
Prime-Time Picks may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances. Continuous or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Changes to the Service or Terms
Prime-Time Picks may update features, league rules, or these Terms of Use as the website develops. Material updates may be reflected on this page with a revised last-updated date.
Account Restrictions
Access may be restricted or removed when an account is used to abuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or intentionally violate these Terms.
