Having trouble with Prime-Time Picks? Check the information below for help with common account, picks, scoring, and group issues.
Account or Sign-In Problems
If you cannot sign in, verify that you are using the email address associated with your account. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the Sign In page to request a password reset.
Problems Making Picks
Make sure the game has not reached its scheduled start time. Picks lock individually when their game reaches its scheduled start. You must submit exactly 10 total picks for the picks period across NFL and College Football combined.
Changing Submitted Picks
A submitted pick can still be removed or replaced as long as that game has not reached its scheduled start time. Once the game starts, that individual pick is permanently locked.
Missing or Unavailable Lines
Some games may temporarily appear without a spread or total if opening odds are not yet available. Picks cannot be made on a missing line.
Scoring or Results Questions
Results are graded after games are completed. Picks may be marked as a win, loss, or push. Postponed or canceled games may be treated as a push or void according to the League Rules.
Group Problems
If you are having trouble joining or viewing a group, confirm that you are signed into the correct account and that you are using the correct group information.
Opponent Picks
Other players' selections may remain hidden while their picks are still in play. This is intentional and helps protect the fairness of the competition.
